I am also planning chicken chile for dinner, mine is called Chili Blanco and is from the Southwest the Beautiful Cookbook. I will use roasted green chiles (from my freezer), however, the more the better! I haven't fixed this recipe before, but have never been disappointed in this book. Yours looks delicious.
