I was in one of my favorite towns today (Ft. Walton Beach) and it has a Golden Corral. I had totally forgotten that it was there! I went to FWB for the sole purpose to buy plants for my poor porch. The ones that I "babied" all during the winter died a poor and pitiful death. After purchasing 10 different LARGE plants, begonias, sultannas, ferns, Easter lily, and one pot that I have forgotten the name for, I didn't have much room in the car. Somehow, however, I did manage to purchase groceries, paperback books, and various items from Phar-Mor. I was back home when I realized that I hadn't eaten lunch! The next time that I go to FWB I will definitely visit the Golden Corral!
Happy weekend! One of my former students told me how delicious everything was there and urged me to try it. The last Golden Corral that we ate at was in El Paso, TX and it was wonderful. Thanks for "jogging" my memory!
