Actually, I cooked 2 of the meatloaves, 1 to freeze. It definately will be our meatloaf of choice at our house now! Even my veggie-disliking 17 yr old son didn't pick about the peppers in it (chopped VERY finely)---that is a definate plus around here! We all loved the 'taters too! Take care, Cali : )
