My poor herb garden is being neglected right now. My mother has been very ill & I have had to spend a lot of time helping her out when she is not in the hospital & visiting her when she is hospitalized. I have also been having some health problems & working hard at my job.
I guess I've been a little overwhelmed lately & the poor little herb garden is last on my list right now.
This meal was the first I have cooked in a long time that wasn't a real "quicky" type meal.
I hope your herb garden is flourishing & getting ready to flavor your delectable dishes. I also hope your husband gets well soon & your hosehold can get back to normal.
