The recipe for the Alabama-Style Orange Dressing is mine. You should use an 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese. I use the 1/3 less fat kind. The no-fat kind just doesn't taste as good. This dressing is so wonderful that I have relatives that would just eat this for Christmas dinner and nothing else!
