...well, you said it best: "what a mess". So sorry to hear about it. I take it you and DH are okay and were not hurt. Your recipes sound great but I wonder how you even muster up the desire to do it. Hope things are back in order soon. I had your roast beef with golden mushroom soup (roasted in foil) tonight but have to admit it's our first good meal in a few days. No excuse for me - just been on the run. That roast is good every time isn't it? By the way, I threw a little red wine in this time and liked the addition.
