Betsy may want this posted on the lunch board BUT since I did all the cooking last night at dinner time I'll put it here. We are having a "dinner" at work today.

I made a huge salad with everything in it. I toasted some pecans and broke them up and will toss them in also. I have a wonderful and easy chicken and rice dish that I made also. We only number 24 so it should be a good time. It's alway great fun to eat what other make.
