I take a large chicken breast, boneless and saute it in olive oil with garlic and parmesian cheese. Then I cut it or shredd it. In the meantime I put a white sauce from the can like ragu `cheese creations alfredo or the garlic parmesian flavor on the shell like pizza sauce. I top it with mozz and the already shredded italian cheese mix of cheese you get in the store. I put the chicken on it with some canned diced or stewed tomatoes, chopped and different veggies, depending on what I feel like. Zuccini is good, but so is broccoli and cauliflower.. I top it with more italian cheese and cook it for 10-15 minutes like on the package.
