Last night I made this and it was delish! And of course so very quick and easy.

Seafood pasta & veggies

1-2 packages flavored fetticini, linguine or other pasta-I have used garlic and pepper, garlic and basil and lemon pepper all with good results.
1-2 cans cheesy sauce such as alfredo, alfredo with mushrooms and garlic parmasian (or make your own)-last night I used one can of alfredo with mushrooms and one can of garlic parmasian.
2-4 cups of your favorite veggies-last night I used zuccini but depending on the pasta you may try a different combo for different results.
1/2-1 pound cooked salad shrimp (I buy it when it is on sale and freeze it in one pound increments). Don't use the TINY shrimp, use the medium size salad or any shrimp or prawns would work as long as it is already cooked.
1/2-1 pound imitation crabmeat

Start the water for the noodles and cut the veggies to saute or steam (as you like). Cook pasta according to directions on package. In the meantime, cook veggies and run cold water over seafood in a strainer, breaking it up as you go along to thaw. Transfer seafood to a bowl, drain pasta and return to pan with sauce and heat on low with seafood until warm. I like to add the veggies at the last so they don't get all mushed up. I top with freshly GRATED parm cheese or the italian mix that is allready grated in the store. As my 1 year old said in her high chair last night when she was eating mommy's noodles "NUM NUM NUM NUM".
