What a fortunate coincidence. I still work in the Puerto Rico Telephone Company where most of the Cuban expatriates came to work after the Cuban Revolution. My mentor and best teacher in the Regulatory Area, was don José Cela Carvajal, a Cuban gentleman, who still is one of the most intelligent men that I had known. Many of my friends are cubans, married to puertorican ladies and with children born in Puerto Rico. The Cuban community here is big and greatly respected.

Give my regards to the gentleman. please.

Your friend.
