This time I used bottled Mojo. It is simply this:

4 garlic cloves, pressed
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. ground pepper
1 t. oregano
1 c. orange juice and lime juice, mixed half and half

use this to marinade fish, pork or chicken.
