If you've posted that chicken recipe before, I must have missed it - sounds so good. Can't wait to try it on one of my ambitious days (I've told you before I'm a quick-and-easy cook). That cake roll sounds excellent too but I don't believe I'd better tackle that one. Glad to see you back and hope you enjoyed your visit.
