Hi Sammie; This is just about the easiest meatloaf recipe I know of, it turns out dense and firm and slices beautifully.
MEATLOAF
2 1/2 pounds of ground chuck 1 (12 oz.) can carnation evaporated milk 2 envelopes lipton onion soup mix.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well. Form into a loaf in a 9x13x2-inch baking pan, using wet hands to help with the shaping. Bake in a 375F oven for 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours, depending on how thick you make the loaf. Remove from oven and allow to set for 5-10 minutes before slicing. It slices even better when it's cold. When you shape the loaf it will seem soft, but it tightens up as it bakes.
