Dear Joansy & Jean --

Thanks for the great ideas!! Unfortunately, I didnt have all the
ingredients for either recipe so i kinda improvised using both your ideas.
Your chowder got me thinking soup, then we got an unbelievable rain
storm (it was pure white outside with no visibility) so i made my hurry
up chicken soup. Soon as i go to the store again, the corn chowder is definately on the dinner menu! The sub idea sounded great but since i had no french bread i made do with grilled cheese & tomato sandwiches. I plan on making the subs this week with veggie pancakes as a go with.
