Here is the recipe for marinated cucumbers and onions: Slice about 2 or 3 large cucumbers in thin slices, 1 green pepper, and 3 onions. In a bowl, put 1 cup of vinegar, 2 cups of sugar, and 1 tsp. of salt. Add the sliced cukes, onions, and peppers. Refrigerate overnight, or at least for several hours. Keeps well in the fridge, and is nice and cool on a hot day. Enjoy!
