Hi Julie, Of course I will share, I wish I had a shared that peach cobbler with someone else. Now don't eat tooooo much.lol Upside Down Peach Cobbler 1-cup Flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup milk 1-Can (16oz.) sliced peaches dranied (reserve syrup) water 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon Margarine
Mix well flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk just until blended. Spread in greased 9*9*2 inch baking pan. Top with peaches add enough water to reserved syrup to make 1 1/2 cups heat with sugar and margarine until margarine melts and sugar melts. Pour over peaches (mixture will be thin) Bake in 350 oven 30 to 40 min. Makes 6 to 8 servings I hope you like it Julie, Molly
