My husband loves turkey, gravy and all the fixings, but in this heat who wants to run the oven that long?!? So instead I browned some turkey cutlets, that I sprinkled with dill, garlic powder, and black pepper briefly in a hot skillet. In the meanwhile, while they were browning, i wisked together a package of turkey gravy mix and water, then added it to the cutlets and simmered on low till they were cooked thru.

Nuked some mashed potatoes and steamed some carrots while the turkey was cooking and voila! almost thanksgiving the easy way!!

Was only missing the cranberry sauce :(
