Hot Fudge Sauce 6 T. unsalted butter 1/2 c. water 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate 1 c. sugar 3 T. light corn syrup Dash salt 2 tsp. vanilla In a heavy saucepan, heat butter and water to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in chocolate. When choc is melted, add sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool! HAZELNUT HEAVEN SUNDAE 1/2 gallon of coffee ice cream Frangelico liquer to taste 1 c. chopped toasted hazelnuts or pecans
In a goblet, put a serving of hot fudge. Top with ice cream. Drizzle with Frangelico. Sprinkle with nuts. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
You could use vanilla ice cream too! No calories!!!!!!!
