Here is an excellent pork tenderloin dish! It is from a cookbook called, "Six O'clock Solutions".
BBQ Pork Tenderloin with Plum Sauce and Rosemary
1 lb pork tenderloin salt and pepper 1/2 c plum sauce 1 small shallot, chopped fine 1 garlic clove, chopped fine 1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary rosemary sprigs for garnish
Lightly sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine plum sauce, shallot, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce and rosemary. Brush over pork. Place on grease bbq grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked, turning and basting with mixture every 5 minutes. Remove prk from grill and cut crosswise into 1/2 inch thick slice and garnish with rosemary sprigs. ENJOY! |
