Recipe: Irish Afternoon Tea Ideas
Holidays, Celebrations I just love teas! I would serve Irish Breakfast tea. If you need to know how to make the tea from the leaves for a crowd, let me know. I have a tea concentrate recipe. I would also serve Irish Soda Bread. I have a recipe for that, also, but I think there's been some posted here. The bread I make is fairly dry, so it goes well with tea. You could do tea sandwiches or scones. If you're looking for a main dish, a lamb stew would be good. I have a tone of ideas/recipes, so if you post more questions or can narrow down what you want to do, I'll be happy to help. An excellent resource for getting the tea and scone mixes is www.penelopesteatime.com
