ICE CREAM PUNCH
1/2 gallon strawberry ice cream 2 quart ginger ale, chilled 2 pkg. frozen sliced strawberries 750 ml. bottle champagne, cold
Put into 6 quart bowl. Break up ice cream with a fork and pour chilled ginger ale and champagne over it. Blend by dipping up and down with ladle until fairly well mixed. Add frozen strawberries.
Serves 30.
Note: Other compatible combinations are raspberry sherbet and frozen raspberries, pineapple sherbet and bunches of frozen green grapes, peach ice cream and frozen peaches, etc.
