I have baked many ice cream cone cupcakes for my son,his friends & parties.The easiest way I have found to make these are as follows: Use flat bottomed cones(sometimes, you may have to scrape the bottom seam off). Fill each cone 1/2 to 3/4 full.(it depends if you want them even with the top of the cone or raised above the cone>)Bake as your cake receipe instructs. You need to check often on the cones as some cones burn easier than others. Let them cool & then have fun decorating with item such as, sprinkles, colored sugars,icing& m&m's choc syrup drizzled onwhite icing etc. I have even let the kids decorate the cupcakes themselves.(this can be very messy, but it is fun) Hope you enjoy
