I made these for my son's engagement party 2 days ahead. They were a big hit. Soften cream cheese and spread on warmed flour tortillas. Spread with a small amount of pesto and a small amount of chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Top with a slice of smoked turkey. Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. When you are ready to serve them, slice them into bite size pieces.An 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese, 1 lb. of turkey, 1/4 cup each of pesto and tomatoes, and a 10-ct pkg. of tortillas make a lot of these bites.
