Festive Ham and Cheese Spread (originally posted as tried by Susan/IL)
2 packages cream cheese -- 8 ounces,softened 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix 1 cup cooked ham -- finely chopped 1 cup swiss or cheddar cheese -- shredded 1/4 cup fresh parsley -- chopped
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and soup mix until smooth. Stir in ham and cheese. Form into a ball or spoon into a plastic wrap lined mold. Roll in parsley or sprinkle parsley on top. Refrigerate.
Yield: 12-1 4servings (about 4 cups)

Ham Rolls (16 servings) 12 oz Softened Cream Cheese 24 Chopped Stuffed Olives 2 ts Prepared Horseradish 4 tb Cream Salt And Pepper To Taste 2 lb Rectangular Ham Slices Instructions Combine the cheese, olives, horseradish, cream and seasonings; mix well. Spread the cheese mixture on the ham slices. Roll each slice and fasten with a cocktail toothpick. Cut rolls into 1 inch pieces. Place on a serving tray. Serve with crackers. ____________________
Ham Rollups 8 oz Sliced ham (1 package) 1 bn Green onions, whole 8 oz Cream cheese, softened - (1 package)
Spread sliced ham with cream cheese. Lay 1 onion along each slice edge and roll up. Chill until cheese is firm. Slice into 3/4-inch pieces and arrange upright on plate. Recipe can be doubled or tripled. Makes 24 appetizer servings
