Yes, you can freeze sandwiches previously made for a party. This is an alternative to make them look beautiful. You will need loaf bread, maybe you can find it at your local bakery. Use a soft loaf, not the one that has a flaky crust. Open the loaf across in the center as you would to make regular sandwiches. Remove some of the filling and be careful that you dont break the "crust". Then you can put in any filling that you like. Ham and cheese(sliced), or make a mixture of cream cheese, mustard and red peppers(sliced), or a pre-made dip, like smoked salmon and cream cheese( you can find it at Sam's Club, if you have one near). You can apply the mixture with a spatula or spoon. Then you roll thight the loaf. Cover the roll with cling paper or aluminium foil to keep the shape and freeze up to 3 weeks. When you are ready to use them thaw them (just enough to help you cut them in 1/2" slices. It's easy to make, unexpensive, you can try to make one roll in advance to see how it looks so you wont have any surprises for the big day!! Good luck!
