I'm getting married next fall and am planning a late evening wedding for about 200 guests. We decided to cut down on costs by preparing the food ourselves and are going to serve appetizers and desserts only. I'm looking for EASY yet elegant(but not expensive) recipes that can be prepared a couple days in advance and would be good for a fall reception. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
