I always use the candy wafers made for dipping and candy making anytime I have to dip anything, becuase it is so humid and hot where I live and regular chcolate just won t work. Wilton has a great selection of colors and some of them are flavored . I love this product and always buy some when I am home in the States. Sounds to me like that is what they use. You just melt the chips in the microwave(careful!), and they are a cinch to use, no tempering, either. Yum!
