ISO: Need Some Help with a Small Morning Wedding....No Kitchen Facilities!!!

My daughter is having a small morning wedding...we were going to do a breakfast/brunch kind of thing but we are on a very tight budget and found out that there are no kitchen facilities at the place we booked. Catering it is out of the question due to cost.
Can anyone give me any ideas on what to do? She is getting married in the same (large) room. We were planning to have one side set up for the ceremony and the other to sit, eat, etc...now the only thing for sure will be the cake!!!!
