ABISINTHE LOLLYS(step by step pictures)YOU WILL NEED:confectionery (candy) thermometer candy molds pan, wooden spoon, stove lollypop sticks 5 shots absinthe 1/4 cup cream of tartar 1/3 cup golden syrup 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water Place the sugar, water, syrup and cream of tartar in a pan and heat on the stove. Stir until the sugar starts to melt and dissolve. When the mixture starts to boil stop stirring. When the temperature reaches 300 degrees F take the pan off the heat. When the temperature drops to 150 degrees F add the absinthe. Pour the mixture in to the molds and place the lollypop sticks in to them.
