Better late than never!!! (I only found your request because I, too, had lost my recipe!) One call to mom fixed that, though. Here it is:
ROTEL PIMENTO CHEESE
1 can Rotel, drained 1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 blocks (8oz.each) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 (4oz.) jar pimento, drained Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in cheese and pimento.
Serve with crackers or on sandwiches. Yields 2 1/2 cups. |
