Your machine sounds like the one I am thinking about - wish I could find it at a garage sale!!! Yes, I would be interested in your recipes for ice cream using no eggs. I need lots of low fat dessert recipes - my husb. recently had a heart attach (fortunately no damage), but he has blockages, not that bad yet, but I sure don't want them to get that way - so low fat here I come!
