I have the Tierra Pan also, I got tired of looking at it sitting in the cabinet and decided to do some expirementing. I use any regular cake mix and then be a little creative with the filling ( pudding, pie filling, fresh strawberries or some crazy combination of what ever is at hand, just have fun). One cake mix is a little to much for the pan, so I also use a six muffin pan for the rest and make cupcakes. Dont be affraid to have some fun with it, I have had some great comments on my creations.
