Non-Fat Coffee Freeze
Source: Pampered Chef pamphlet, shared by Sarah Gruenwald

3 tbsp instant coffee powder (reg. or decaf)
6 tbsp sugar
2 cups nonfat milk

In a pan mix coffee powder, sugar and 1/3 cup milk. Stir over medium heat just until coffee and sugar dissolve. Remove from heat. Mix in remaining milk. Divide the mixture evenly (depending on ice shaving machine being used) among ice cube trays or Ice Shaver tubs. Freeze airtight at least 6 hours or up to 1 week. Remove from trays or tubs. Shave...and enjoy!
