Here are the recipes that you required. The recipes are for 2 lb but I have a few recipes for 1 1/2 lb. loaves. Any Bread Machine recipe may be used as long as you put the ingredients in the same order as listed in these recipes. There is no Cinnamon Bun recipe in the B & D Manual that I have but I do know that an older booklet does have one. The Sweet Dough recipe for the Upside-down buns can be used for any sweet dough recipe. Enjoy! Judy

BASIC WHITE BREAD
BLACK AND DECKER BREAD MACHINE (2 lb)

1 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp. powdered milk
2 tbsp. shortening
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 cups white flour
1 1/4 tsp. yeast (i use 1 1/2 tsp)

Measure ingredients in the order listed into baking pan.

Insert Baking Pan into oven chamber; twist to secure. Close lid.

Select: Basic Bread Setting. Press start. There will be a 15-minute preheat delay.

Using oven mitts, remove bread when completion beeps sound.

Cool on a wire rack before slicing.

Time: 3:50 hours.
