HERB BUBBLE BREAD For Regal Breadmaker - dough cycle Makes 12 rolls
DOUGH: 4 ounces water 4 ounces milk 1 teaspoon salt 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 tablespoon sugar 2 1/2 cups bread flour 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast HERB MIXTURE: 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon dried onion, minced 1/8 teaspoon ground savory
All ingredients at room temperature (70-80 degrees F/21-27 degrees C)
Measure all ingredients for the dough into the bread pan.
Press STOP to clear the display.
Press START button for the DOUGH setting.
Press START.
When unit signals and display reads 0:00, press STOP and remoce dough.
In a small bowl combine Herb Mixture ingredients in the order listed.
Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
Divide dough into 12-16 equal parts and roll into balls. Dip each ball into the herb mixture and arrange in greased loaf pan. Cover with cloth and let rise in a draft-free place until doubled in size (about 30-35 minutes).
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
