MAPLE-BUTTERMILK BREAD1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons plus 1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 cup water
2 cups unbleached white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 tablespoons powdered buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon yeast
Place all ingredients in the order listed into the bread machine.
Program the machine for basic bread settings and press start.
Yield: 1 loaf/10 slices
