FROZEN VIRGIN MARGARITAS
2 tablespoons kosher (coarse) salt 1/2 of a lime, cut into 4 wedges 1 (6 oz) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed 1/4 cup orange juice 4 cups ice cubes 4 orange slices (for garnish)
Place salt on a plate. Rub the rims of 4 glasses with a lime wedge and dip rims into salt; set lime wedges aside.
In the container of a blender, combine limeade, orange juice, and ice cubes. Cover and blend on high speed 1 to 2 minutes, or until ice cubes are crushed.
Pour evenly into the glasses, garnish with lime wedges and orange slices, and serve.
