PIZZA DOUGH FOR 2 LB OSTER
BREAD MACHINE

1 teaspoon sugar
2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 cup oats
1 cup whole wheat
1 cup rye flour
3 1/2 tsp yeast
2 cups water
3 tablespoons olive oil

Place ingredients in bread machine pan. Process using dough cycle, 2 lb.

WHEN READY TO BAKE:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat pizza pans* with nonstick cooking spray.

If desired, let the dough rest, covered, 10 minutes.

Shape and place in prepared pans. Prick dough in several places across top with a fork.

Bake 400 degrees F 12-15 minutes, until crust is lightly browned.

Cover with sauce (pesto then tomato sauce or marinara sauce). Add toppings and herbs. (I like to saute or grilled veggies.) Cover with mozzarella.

Bake in 400 degree F oven again maybe 10 minutes until cheese is melted.

*Makes 2 (12 inch) pizzas or 4 to 8 individual ones.

Excellent crust.

I took a recipe from my broken Welbilt machine and converted it to 1/2 whole grains for the Oster.
