NEW YORK RYE BREAD

FOR A 1 LB LOAF:
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp caraway seeds
1 cup rye flour
1 3/4 cup bread flour
3 Tbsp nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tsp yeast

FOR A 1 1/2 LB LOAF:
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp water
1 1/3 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
2 2/3 tsp caraway seeds
1 1/3 cup rye flour
2 1/3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
2 1/2 tsp yeast

Place ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer.
