CRAISIN BREAD1 1/8 cups water 2 3/4 cups Gold Medal Better For Bread Flour 1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk 3 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast 1 tablespoon margarine 3/4 cup Craisins (dried cranberries) Add first eight ingredients to pan in order listed. If your machine calls for dry ingredients first, then invert the order of ingredients. Program for the setting that allows ingredients such as seeds or fruit to be folded into the dough.
