AMARETTO FREEZE
1/3 cup Amaretto 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
Combine Amaretto and brown sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Process Amaretto mixture and ice cream in a blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Pour into 6 individual freezer-proof serving dishes; cover and freeze overnight.
This can also be spooned into a 2-quart baking dish and frozen.
