SWEDISH LIMPA BREAD
2 1/4 cups bread flour 1/4 cup rye flour (1 oz.) 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp dry milk powder 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp orange peel; chopped 1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds 1/2 tsp fennel seed 15/16 cup water (7 1/2 fl. oz.) 1 tsp dry yeast
Combine ingredients in order according to your own bread machine instructions.
