BUTTERSCOTCH CRUNCH

1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1 cup dry roasted peanuts

In a large microwaveable bowl, combine the chips and peanut butter. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, and stir well. Continue to microwave on high for 30 seconds at a time until melted and combined.

Add the crispy rice cereal and peanuts; mix well.

Pour mixture into an 8x8-inch baking pan and refrigerate until firm.

Cut into 25 squares and serve.

Makes 25 squares
