HOMEMADE SORBET

3 cups of fruit or frozen juice
1 cup of sugar
1 egg white*

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and voilè you have sorbet. Just freeze and enjoy!!

Note: Apples are not recommended for this recipe. I made some pineapple ones last night. Yummy...
