QUICK MICROWAVE CREAMY SCRAMBLED EGGS
FOR EACH SERVING: 1 large California Fresh Egg 1 teaspoon cream cheese
Break egg into Styrofoam cup or small oven-proof baking dish. Add cream cheese and mix into egg. Cover container loosely with a paper towel or wax paper.
Microwave on high for 20 seconds. Stir. Microwave on high another 20 seconds. Stir before serving.
