this is one of the many delicious recipes i have made in my GT xpress 101.

MIXED BERRY CORNBREAD PANCAKES

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (thawed)

Mix all together. Put in the 101 for about 9 minutes.

This recipe makes 4 large pancakes. Absolutely delicious!

Also, something simple for lunch:

GRILLED TOMATO AND CHEESE SANDWICH

Spread your bread (preferably Italian, sliced medium) with mayo, or any other kind of spread you like. Put a slice of tomato and a slice of cheese. Top with other piece of bread (just like you're making a regular sandwich.)

Put in 101 and grill for about 4 minutes. Remember to spray your 101 with Pam first. I spray mine every time i use it.

All I need to do is take a damp paper towel and wipe it clean. Cleans right up in a jiffy. Use you imagination and you can make anything you want in this machine. It's so nice, because it doesn't heat up your kitchen in this hot weather.

I know once you start using your imagination, you will love it. I don't think a day goes by that i don't use mine. Use it for stuffed shrimp, salmon cakes (in recipe book that came with it) scrumptious!!!! Make pork chops in it, the list goes on and on. Enjoy!!
