BASIC FRUIT SHERBET
2 egg whites (pasteurized) 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup pureed fruit (or baby food fruit) 1 cup cold water
Whisk together egg whites and sugar. Stir in fruit and water. Mix well. Chill.
Pour into (1 1/2 pint) ice cream maker and follow directions for ice cream.
