The prehistoric bread machine I have inherited (SANYO SBM-10) had the dough raise up to touch the cover although using only a 2-cups-flour recipe. I compared its container to my neighbours also small machine to realize mine was much smaller than his (i.e. 0.7) I believe my Sanyo was made before the loaf standards we know today were established.
My request is to have a basic bread recipe whose ingredients quantities gives a 3/4 pound loaf.
