I bought a Black and Decker 2300 at Canadian Tire over the Christmas season. I was amazed at the lack of information in the manual and there were only a handful of recipes. The 2300 leaves me very frustrated. The loaves seldom turn out well and I am frequently left with a heavy ball of hard, hot dough in the bottom after 3 hours of waiting for fresh bread. I'm going to pitch mine in the garbage and try another maker's unit.
