EASY CHEESE SOUFFLE

"Wonderful with ham rolls and fresh fruit."

8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
10 slices buttered bread, crust removed and cubed
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Put all ingredients together in food processor and mix. Pour into greased souffle dish.

Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees F.
